At Innovative Design Build our team has completed numerous projects throughout South Florida and the Fort Lauderdale metro area. With an A+ rating at the South Florida Better Business Bureau and numerous five star ratings from past and current customers, we continue to provide clients with custom designs, construction and outstanding customer service.

Our Process

  • We will spend up to 30 minutes discussing your project with you to see if we are a good fit for each other.

  • A site visit by members of our team will establish your scope of work, budget and timeline in order to prepare your Design Contract.

  • After signing your design contract we will take a deep dive into concept and budget. We make sure we are all on the same page before diving into design.

  • Design concepts, floorplans, selections and your construction drawings take place. Making sure we are meticulous with details here saves us time in the field when it come time to build. This is our most important step.

  • After we have completed your design phase, we will develop your construction contract. This will include your budget and general timeline. We then send your construction drawings to the Engineer for stamping. Once this is completed we are ready to submit to the city for your permits. We are almost there!

  • Now all the work we have put into your project can commence! Time for construction to take over. Our team ensures the design is being implemented as per our drawings. And of course, we communicate frequently to keep you in the loop!

  • Turn key is what we aim for, but It’s never over till it’s over. We stay until the bitter end to ensure all outstanding items are completed. Our team reviews the completed space, reconciles any deficiencies and you are presented with your project binder including all the care & maintenance instructions for the future.
