This home is located on a beautiful lot with a gorgeous view, but it was completely outdated.  The project was large, but the owners were hoping the project could be completed in 6 months. We had a wonderful working relationship with our clients, as they trusted us implicitly, since they resided in Chicago for the majority of the project.  The scope of work required a complete remodel including but not limited to: re-configuring the layout, changing the doors and windows, full kitchen and master bath remodel, updating all finishes and flooring, adding a new pool deck and resurfacing of the pool.  We finished the project on time and within budget.     

The project was a complete buildout for a Yogurtland franchise location in Boynton Beach, Florida.  The company required that the buildout strictly adhere to franchise standards and in many sections to distinct specifications. 

When your home is too small for your needs you have two options, build an addition or move.  We would like to help you stay in your beloved home and assist in making the space fit your current needs.  We added two additions to this home, a guest suite with bathroom and a large family room.  Now the owners have enough room to accommodate their family and the additions fit seamlessly into the house, making it feel as if the new rooms were always there.
