Hileman Condo Renovation
In Need Of A Refresh
Innovative Design Build was hired to renovate a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in the prestigious Symphony building in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The project included a full renovation of the kitchen, guest bathroom and primary bathroom. We also did small upgrades throughout the remainder of the property. The goal was to modernize the property using upscale finishes creating a streamline monochromatic space. We removed a couple of walls for a more open concept design and customized numerous items maximizing storage and the clean look our client wanted. Little touches like adding his favorite spot in the kitchen to do work and hiding the ugly electrical panel with a beautiful wood surround are just to name a few.

From 1950’s Mediterranean To Modern Oasis
Our clients wanted to convert an outdated mediterranean style home into a neutral palette, modern oasis. We had to relocate the kitchen, enclose a carport into a garage, add a half bathroom, and the list didn’t stop there. The biggest transformation was changing the layout of the master suite. We combined a small closet, original master bathroom and half of the kitchen to create a spa like oversized master bath. The relocation of the kitchen created an open concept great room with enough cabinets to make anyone envious.

We were hired to turn this standard townhome into an eclectic farmhouse dream. Our clients are worldly traveled, and they wanted the home to be the backdrop for the unique pieces they have collected over the years. We changed every room of this house in some way and the end result is a showcase for eclectic farmhouse style.

Modern Floridian Style With A Punch Of Color
This single family home is owned by people who love and appreciate color. They hired us to remodel the kitchen and guest bathroom, as well as a few other projects, and boy did we deliver in a bold way. We chose a modern Floridian feel with bright colors that grab your attention. In the kitchen we paired a bright green glass backsplash with Cambria “Annicca’s” white with purple and gold detail countertop. Then in the bathroom we did a beautiful blue tile on an entire wall. One of our mottos is embrace the design that you love, and our clients sure did here.

57TH COURT MASTER BATHROOM RENOVATION

Minimalistic, Monochromatic and Shiny!
Our clients purchased a home in Fort Lauderdale; and subsequently moved from New York to Florida with every intent on living the Florida lifestyle. They chose to immediately renovate their master suite. We originally had a standard scope of work, bringing the space up to date; but then the work expanded and the design took off. We removed a wall that divided the shower/toilet area from the vanity. We then relocated the toilet to the adjacent wall and by doing so allowed for proper traffic flow. Then we enclosed the bathroom with a beautiful set of French doors and relocated the entry into the closet. Our clients had excellent taste and made the design portion of the job fun and the end result beautiful. This modern, clean lined renovation is a crown jewel of Innovative Design Builds 2018 year.
